Payment

At New Forest Woodwind, we accept payments via Paypal, as well as all major credit cards. Prices are shown in GBP (Pound Sterling).

Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party, payment gateway, providing the highest grade of payment processing security. Credit card numbers are encrypted by Stripe and no card details are stored on our site. If you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to their website to complete your payment. You can login to your existing PayPal account, or use your credit card through PayPal, without the need to create an account.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping of flutes within the United Kingdom is free of charge. Flutes are typically sent via Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be provided. Please contact us immediately if any items are missing or arrive damaged, so that a claim can be processed.

If shipping outside of the UK is required, please contact us prior to ordering, for a shipping quote.

Returns

At New Forest Woodwind, it is extremely important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your new flute. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can resolve your issue.

Flutes can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please use original (or equivalent) protective packaging, and mail to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for item returns; shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as refunds can only be processed upon successful receipt of your flute.

Once received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your flute. If you’re eligible for a refund,  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
